Battery warning light came on while driving in DIFC, is there a shop nearby?

Was driving out of the DIFC parking last Thursday when the battery light flickered on and my steering suddenly felt heavier than usual. Managed to park and got it jumped by a security guy who was surprisingly helpful, but now I'm paranoid about it happening again in the middle of Sheikh Zayed Road. I work in one of the towers here so I barely have time to drive around hunting for a shop. Someone in my building mentioned there's a Battery Zone UAE car battery shop in DIFC area or at least one that delivers there quickly, but I can't confirm if that's true or if they were mixing it up with another place. Has anyone actually used a battery service around DIFC? I want to know if they come to your parking spot or if you have to take the car somewhere. Also does the battery light always mean the battery itself is dying or could it be the alternator? My car is a 2019 Mazda and the battery is original so I suspect it's just age at this point. Just want to sort this before it leaves me stuck again.
