At the 2012 Fall OVBSAOC meet, Don Beadle rolled out this beautiful 1939 250cc BSA B21 Standard. Knowledgeable and/or sharp-eyed BSA buffs will note the hand shift. Don describes that foot-shift was reserved on this series for the more expensive "Deluxe" model.

And, Don was not shy about riding this beauty either. He participated in multiple meet rides over the weekend, and he and the B21 got rained on each time.

Don originally hails from Oxbridge, in the UK, and inherited the super-sweet little Beezer from his father. Quite a heritage. Thanks for bringing 'er out, Don.

I Passed my twin on a single.
At the Mid Ohio VMD in 2006 I ran across a guy on a Shooting Star identical to my own.

Excellent picture. Thanks for sharing! Care to share more about that day's experience?
Yes, the Avatar image is an actual picture of me - back when I was younger and handsomer.
