Wasn't as cold as it looks. In the 50's as I recall. The dirt roads were nice and soft, and hidden ice here and there kept everyone honest. Can't wait to do it again.

On my calendar for next year. Was on this year, but conflicts abounded.

OVBSAOC Prez John Schultz and I have been out over the past few weeks working on the course. As with any off-road event, property-access is the biggest challenge. Good trails are always at a premium. We had high hopes of garnering some fresh land, but it appears the property owner is just not cooperative. We did however manage to find a new loop adjacent to an existing trail which we should be able to use.
Next, we turned our attention to some acreage a little "closer to home", and found what we believe is going to be a nice, new trail. Plus, we're heading back out there this weekend to build on these efforts. Always working to provide you all with the best Dual-Sport experience possible. Wish us luck! |
Yes, the Avatar image is an actual picture of me - back when I was younger and handsomer.
