Dear Friends -

Thank you one and all for your interest in the new OVBSAOC website. We've had a lot of folks sign on - but hardly anyone is posting anything!

Please guys, this a member-interactive site. The whole idea is to have input from all of you. Make comments on what you see far on the site, add your own stuff, load some pictures, etc. We WANT to hear from you.

And remember, just about anything goes. Doesn't have to be limited to BSA's. I've already opened up sections on Triumphs, dirt bikes, cool cars, haulers, etc, etc. Jump in here and yak it up. Surely you all have plenty to say. Let's hear it!
Yes, the Avatar image is an actual picture of me - back when I was younger and handsomer.

Wow. Thank you for sharing, Bryan. Mixed emotions, seeing an idle facility like this. We see similar images taken here in the U.S. The "Motor City" of Detroit for example, is a sea of such structures - many in much worse shape than the grand old BSA building.

These are the remants of the once-mighty Packard plant, for example.

Wow! Great pictures of a bunch of fantastic bikes, Bryan. Although I have been riding for over 40 years, and collecting bikes for about the past 20, I am relatively new to vintage British bikes. I greatly favor the BSA wearing a chrome tank with green inserts and matching green stripes centered on the rims. Can you identify the year and model?
Never met a motorcycle I didn't like.
