I'm no mechanic, but I am an enthusiast. I have a 1966 B44E that turns over but doesn't run. I do have the carb although it's missing in the photo. Needs a lot of TLC. I'd like to eventually be able to use it for the annual Cables Campground Reliability Run. I also have a 1971 Triumph T25T Trailblazer with a 1969 TR25W engine that doesn't run either. It would be intended for the same type of riding.

I'm not looking for a restoration. I'm looking for a capable troubleshooter who can get these bikes (especially the BSA) in running condition, preferably sooner rather than later.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd like to keep things somewhat local. I work a ton and taking these projects to someone in PA or something like that would not be ideal. New Philadelphia/Zanesville/Marietta/Wheeling/Steubenville area would be perfect.

Many thanks in advance. Looking forward to getting these machines back on the trail!

Cheers!
Jacob

Nice bike. You don't see bikes that complete too much this days. Even though it a bit scruffy looking with the rusty whells and such, that bike looks very close to be complete. Them '66's was wheely machines then they made the swingarm longer in 1967 models, my uncle toll me that. From the looks of the wiring at the back of the motor, I say you don't have no spark. I run into a guy at a swap meet down there at Chillycothe,Ohio that works on british bikes. His name is Mike Shiller or like that. His number is 740-773-5965 Give him a shout and tell him Doyle from WV told you about him. He might remember me. I bought a carb off him. Heck, you just take 22 out of Zanesville and that put you down nere Chillycothe is a couple hours I'd guess. Good luck
