Hello All..Im new to the forums, and have a question. I just picked up a 1966 Victor441 Enduro..Matching numbers on frame and motor. Mine has B44E1037 I have been told that my # could possibly be the 37th Victor441 built? Im asking on here as i do not know how the # system for this model BSA are listed in the order of production? Is there a website or book that someone can tell me of to research more info on my bike? Appreciate any help. Cheers Keith

I have some sheets of serial numbers, source unknown as it's been too many years, which shows model B44VE 1966 starting at engine B44E-101 AND frame C15C-3137. It shows 1967 starting at B44EA-101 AND B44EA-101. So it appears 66-67 was a transition year for having matching frame numbers.
